Piero Figura

Piero, Milanese by adoption, graduated in architecture in Rome, sculptor, painter, designer, interior decorator, antiques dealer, art director, set designer and costume designer. He creates objects that are the realization of couplings and interlocking shapes that bounce from Wunderkammer of Rudolf II to the baroque collections of Ambras, from the surrealism of Dali and Cocteau to the fabulous Russian tales and the 50s exoticism.

At first fashion designers, then young scenography professor in the faculty of architecture and at IED (European Institute of Design), Piero Figura becomes antiques dealer in Milan starting to mix and modify different objects.
